2012 MSBC Golf Tournament

WHEN:          Saturday, June 2nd, 2012; Shotgun Start @ 8:00am

WHERE:        Maple Leaf Golf Course, Kernersville, NC

DEADLINE:    May 23rd ($5.00 per golfer discount given if registered by April 30th)

FORMAT:      Four-person captain’s choice ( Entrants build your own team )

PRIZES:        1st-3rd place teams. Each player on all three winning teams will receive a great prizes such as gift cards, and more. Also, closest to the pin, accurate drive will be awarded.

COST:             $50.00 per golfer ( $200.00 per team ) Includes green fee, cart fee, entry fee, lunch, door prize, and a goodie bag. “Hook and Slice” packages are also available for purchase.

PROCEEDS: All proceeds will go to support our 2012 mission trips to Mexico City, El Salvador, and Guatemala
